Just as Munster had done the night before in Musgrave Park, Connacht squandered a sizeable lead in their Celtic League clash with Glasgow, the game ending in a 28-28 draw.

Connacht, with the wind at their backs led 25-9 at half-time but Glasgow came back strongly in the second half and tries from Sean Lamont, Glenn Metcalfe and Alan Bulloch earned the visitors a share of the spolis.
