Puma scrum-half Augustin Pichot is considered doubtful for Stade Francais ahead of their Heineken Cup quarter-final clash with Munster at Thomond Park on Saturday (5 pm).

The influential Argentinian is suffering from back trouble and took no part in training yesterday. There is also some doubt about Raphael Poulain with Thomas Lombard on standby in the event that Poulain is ruled out.

Meanwhile, Munster completed their preparations yesterday in Temple Hill after which coach Alan Gaffney named his 22 strong squad for saturday with all the leading lights – Alan Quinlan excepted – included. Gaffney expects to name his starting XV on Friday morning.

Munster: C Cullen, J Falnnery, A Foley, J Hayes, R Henderson, J Holland, M Horan, A Horgan, J Kelly, S Keogh, G McIlwham, M Mullins, D O’Callaghan, P O’Connell, R O’Gara, S Payne, D Pusey, E Reddan, F Sheahan, P Styringer, D Wallace, J Williams capt.
