The Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) is the governing body for the sport in Ireland. It is dedicated to the development, growth and success of rugby football and has over 300 technical, professional rugby-playing and support staff.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic Chartered Physiotherapist to work with the Connacht professional rugby team and Academy players.

This position involves working as part of a group of dedicated professionals including team management, coaches, medical and fitness staff.

Applicants must hold a Chartered Physiotherapist qualification with a minimum of three to five years post-graduate, experience in the area of sports physiotherapy. A post-graduate qualification in sports and/or musculoskeletal physiotherapy or sports science would be an advantage.

The salary package will be in line with the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
