Irishrugby.ie users have backed Ireland to finish in the top three by the end of the 2006 RBS 6 Nations Championship.

In our latest poll, which ran for the past two weeks, we asked you: “Where will Ireland finish in the 2006 RBS 6 Nations?”

We received 6505 votes – many thanks to those of you who voted – with the most favoured reply being “First”. 2257 of you – 36% – opted to put Ireland on the top rung.

Next was the “Third” option with a 31% (2055) share, then “Second” – 26% (1694), “Fourth” – 4% (295) and finally “Fifth or Sixth” – 3% (204).
