…Marcus Horan is back in training…

Marcus Horan, who left the field with a neck injury late on in Sunday’s RBS 6 Nations victory over Wales, took a full part in Ireland squad training on Tuesday afternoon.

Eddie O’Sullivan’s extended panel of players took part in a light training session at St. Gerard’s School in Bray. Munster prop Horan showed no ill-affects of the knock which saw him stretchered off after 69 minutes of the Welsh game.

The Ireland squad have broken up a day early to give the team from Sunday’s win an extra rest day, and allow the other players to return early to their provinces to prepare for this weekend’s Celtic League derby clashes (Ulster v Munster and Leinster v Connacht).

The Ireland squad return to camp next Sunday (March 5).
