The IRB Under-19 World Championship takes place in Dubai next month and the Ireland squad to take part in the tournament has been announced.

The Ireland Under-19s, who are sponsored by PricewaterhouseCoopers, take on England in their opening game on Wednesday, April 5. There will be live coverage of this game on Sky Sports.

Commenting on the squad announcement, Ireland Under-19 manager Keith Patton said: “We have come a long way since our game against Australia at Christmas and have a strong and quality squad goign into the IRB Under-19 World Championship. The players and coaches are working very hard and are keen to get out there and compete in Dubai.”
