Following this weekend’s final round of matches in the Celtic League, the Ireland squad for the summer tour to Australia and New Zealand will assemble in Limerick.
This coming Sunday the players will get together at the Castletroy Park Hotel ahead of a week-long training stint. Coach Eddie O’Sullivan is also due to confirm his ‘A.N. Other’ from the original 30-man squad, with Munster flanker Alan Quinlan being given more time to gain match practice ahead of the tour Down Under.
The management, players and backroom staff will fly from Shannon to London to Singapore to Auckland next weekend (June 2-4).

Tuesday, May 30 – Squad training ; Media Conference for major IRFU announcement
Wednesday, May 31 – Squad training

Saturday, June 3 – Travel day – London to Singapore
Sunday, June 4 – Transfer from Singapore to Auckland;
Saturday June 10 – New Zealand V Ireland First Test.
