Felipe Contepomi is set to face some of his Leinster team-mates later this month, having been named in the Argentinian squad for the first Test against Ireland in Sante Fe on Saturday, May 26.
Argentina coach Marcelo Loffreda has picked his 22-man squad for the first of two Test matches against Ireland in the coming weeks, whittling his selection down from an initial 45 players.
The first Test takes place on Saturday, May 26 at Santa Fe’s Brigadier Estanislao Lopez stadium and the second at the Jose Amalfitani stadium in Buenos Aires a week later. Both games will kick off at 4.10pm local time (8.10pm Irish time).
The Pumas, who will also clash with Ireland at the World Cup, had a third summer Test against Italy in Mendoza on Saturday, June 9.
