IRFU To Host Sports Medicine Conference

The Irish Rugby Football Union is hosting a Sports Medicine Conference on Saturday, June 30 for Medical and Physiotherapy personnel with an interest in sports medicine.

This event brings together many experts from around the world and will include talks on: Concussion, Nutrition Supplements, Tendon Injuries, Athlete Fatigue and Overtraining, Exercise and the Heart, Management of Groin Injuries and Virtual Rehabilitation. There will also be a physiotherapy workshop on Hip and Groin Injuries and a special lecture on Athleticogenomics.
