Waterpark Kick Off In New Kit

Waterpark unveiled their new kit and got their AIB League Division Three campaign underway with a win last Saturday.

Waterpark kicked off their AIB League campaign in style last weekend with a win over County Carlow to break in their new kit in style.

‘Park won by 15-6 in difficult weather conditions at Ballinakill on Saturday last. Star of the show was Park’s full-back Gary Jones, who made light of the wind and rain. With a strike rate of around 80% percent, he was successful with five penalties to score all of his sides points.

Waterpark finished in twelfth place in AIB League Division Three last season, while County Carlow dropped down from Division Two, so this was a good scalp for ‘Park to pick up and a great start to their season.

Waterpark hit the road this weekend as they travel to Corinthians in Galway. Corinthians lost their opening tie against Nenagh Ormond but did secure a losing bonus point. ‘Park then face near neighbours Midleton, who also made the drop from Division Two last season.

‘Park’s kit is supplied by Azzurri and their main sponsor is Brady Meats in Waterford.
