RTE Radio 1 will be carrying live commentary of the European matches involving Leinster, Connacht and Munster this weekend, as well live updates from Ulster’s Heineken Cup clash with the Ospreys.
RTE Radio 1’s comprehensive European coverage will start tomorrow evening with full commentary of both the Leinster v Edinburgh and Connacht v Newcastle games in the Heineken Cup and European Challenge Cup.
The commentary will be streamed live on the ERC website, www.ercrugby.com, while listeners will also get regular updates from Ulster’s must-win game against the Ospreys.
The following day, RTE Radio 1’s Saturday Sport show will carry full commentary of the repeat of last season’s Heineken Cup quarter-final when Munster return to Stradey Park to face Llanelli Scarlets. The commentary, provided by Michael Corcoran and Donal Lenihan, will also be available through the ERC site.
A reminder for fans who are able to catch Sky Sports’ coverage this weekend – the Leinster v Edinburgh clash will be live on Sky Sports 1 tomorrow night, while Munster’s showdown with the Scarlets will be live on Sky Sports 2 on Saturday evening.
