As confirmed earlier today, Ireland captain Brian O’Driscoll will undergo a scan tomorrow afternoon to ascertain the extent of the hamstring injury that he picked up in the Croke Park defeat to Wales.
Apart from O’Driscoll, there are no other major injuries amongst the Ireland squad that played in the 16-12 loss to Wales on Saturday.
Both Girvan Dempsey and Geordan Murphy are continuing their rehabilitation from Achilles tendon and hip injuries respectively. No decision has been made, at this point, regarding their availability for the game against England.
The Ireland team and replacements for that clash at Twickenham will be confirmed by coach Eddie O’Sullivan at lunch-time on Tuesday.
