An additional ten players have been called into the Ireland squad ahead of next Saturday’s game against Argentina in the GUINNESS Series 2008.
The additional players join up in the Ireland camp with the matchday 22, who were on duty against New Zealand on Saturday evening.
The Ireland team and replacements to face Argentina is scheduled to be announced on Tuesday afternoon, but the Ireland management may possibly only be in a position to name an extended squad above the matchday 22 before confirming it later in the week.
The players added to the squad are:
Malcolm O’Kelly (St. Mary’s College/Leinster)
Shane Horgan (Boyne/Leinster)
Gavin Duffy (Galwegians/Connacht)
Ryan Caldwell (Dungannon/Ulster)
Geordan Murphy (Leicester Tigers)
Andrew Trimble (Ballymena/Ulster)
Bob Casey (London Irish)
Bernard Jackman (Clontarf/Leinster)
Mike Ross (Harlequins)
Tom Court (Malone/Ulster)
