HSBC Cubs – Train With The 2009 Lions!
HSBC, Principal Partner of the British & Irish Lions tour to South Africa this summer, is giving 15 youngsters from across the UK & Ireland a once in a lifetime opportunity to go to the Lions’ UK training camp and take part in a skills session with the 2009 Lions squad.
The lucky youngsters from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales will become the HSBC Cubs and will be treated to a very special and memorable day in Surrey, England.
The children, accompanied by a guardian, will be given their very own team talk by Lions head coach Ian McGeechan before taking to the training pitch with the Lions squad including captain Paul O’Connell.
Those wishing to be selected as an HSBC Cub need to enter by midnight on Wednesday, May 13, be aged between eight and 14 as well as being available all day of Monday, May 18 to travel to Surrey.
Closing date: Wednesday, May 13 (midnight)
• Entries open to UK & Ireland residents
• In no more than 100 words, entrant should write in the reasons be selected as an HSBC Cub and HSBC ambassador and Lions legend Gareth Edwards will select the 15 lucky youngsters. Email your entry to hsbc@fasttrackagency.com

• Age group: 8-14 years of age (boys and girls)
The Prize includes:
o A skills session with the Lions squad at Penny Hill
o All travel expenses paid but no accommodation – winners from Ireland will be flown over and back in one day
o Lunch provided at the venue
