Bud Light Beach Tag Bonanza

The Bud Light Beach Tag Bonanza kicks off with a double-helping on Saturday June 27th as beaches at Dingle and Portrush get set to buzz with Tag Rugby fun

This summer sees Bud Light Tag expanding even further its Beach Tag events to all four provinces. With events taking place in Antrim, Cork, Kerry, Sligo and Wexford, beaches will be alive with the buzz of Tag rugby, music and craic.

This 5-a-side form of Tag rugby is played by mixed teams of men and women and is a very popular fun break away for all who take part whether as players or spectators.

A typical  Beach Tag day starts around 1pm with team check-in at the registrations tent. Group games of 10 minutes (with no halftime) will usually be played before the finals. When Finals are over, its off to a pre-determined venue for the post-match presentations and party.

In the case of Portrush, Dingle and Rosslare Strand, the Lions Tests vs South Africa will definitely be shown. Details very shortly along with Schedules for the day.

Taking place in the best beach locations around, Tag teams from all over Ireland make a fun weekend of a Beach Tag Festival and are now registering in order to ensure their places are guaranteed.

Also watch out for appearances of Ireland’s RBS 6 Nations and Triple Crown trophies which will be stopping by at various Bud Light Tag events throughout the summer.
