IRFU Mobile Application Launched

Want all the latest Irish rugby news on your mobile? Want to check the team profiles? Then all you have to do is get the new IRFU Mobile App on your phone. You can download it or text to receive it.

Now you can keep up to date with all the latest Irish rugby news on your mobile – simply follow the instructions below to install the IRFU Mobile App on your phone:

Simply text IRFU to 51000 and we will send you back the application as an SMS.

This message costs standard SMS rates from your operator. Operator charges vary.

When you receive the message, just open it and follow the instructions and the application will transfer itself to your ‘applications’, ‘downloads’ or ‘installations’ folder, depending on the brand of mobile phone you use.

You can then access the application whenever you want via your standard phone interface.

Alternatively you can download the the application from the web.

You can download the application on the IRFU website, just click on http://www.imobile.ie/irfu.jar and the application will download to your chosen folder on your PC.

Simply transfer this file to your phone in the same way you would file transfer any other files like music, ringtones or
games to your applications/installations or downloads folder of your phone.

This process is free of charge and should not take more than 30 seconds to install.

Please note the IRFU Mobile APP is not suitable for iPhones.
