‘Go Green’ For Connacht

Businesses in Connacht have been asked to ‘Go Green for Connacht’ next week in the build-up to the big Amlin Challenge Cup semi-final showdown with Toulon at the Sportsground.

Bank of Ireland, Connacht’s main sponsors, are offering a fantastic prize to the business which displays the best Connacht decorations.

Businesses are asked to display flags, bunting and jerseys and decorate shop fronts and other businesses in the green of Connacht ahead of the big match on Friday week.

Bank of Ireland will give six hospitality packages to the business – the package will include pre-match meal, match ticket, programme, etc – which puts on the best display.

Connacht Rugby will be decorating the windows at the Failte Ireland West offices in Galway city and Galway Chamber of Commerce is supporting the ‘Go Green for Connacht’ scheme through its large network of members.
