Challenge Cup Final To Take Place On May 23

ERC, the tournament organisers, have announced the date, kick-off time and two possible venues – Marseille or Gloucester – for the fast-approaching Amlin Challenge Cup final.

As the ERC board wishes to stage the final in France for the first time since 2000, if Toulon win their semi-final against Connacht on Friday, the decider will be played at the Stade Velodrome, Marseille, on Sunday, May 23 (3pm local time).

However, should Toulon lose to Michael Bradley’s men, the final will be played at Kingsholm, Gloucester, on Sunday, May 23 (2pm local time).

AMLIN CHALLENGE CUP SEMI-FINALS:

Friday, April 30 –

CONNACHT v Toulon, the Sportsground, 7.45pm (live Sky Sports 3)

Saturday, May 1 –

London Wasps v Cardiff Blues, Adams Park, 6pm (live Sky Sports 1)
