Ireland will play Scotland at Murrayfield in August next year in the first of their warm-up games for the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
The warm-up match against Scotland is scheduled for Saturday, August 6 and is the first of four scheduled games throughout that month before the Irish squad departs for the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
Following the Scotland fixture, Ireland are on the road again when they will play France in the first of back-to-back games against the current RBS 6 Nations champions on Saturday, August 13 at a venue yet to be confirmed.
France will then play the return game at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, August 20, before Ireland host England in the final game of the warm up programme on Saturday, August 27.
