Supporters Club Ticket Sale Announcement – 2010 GUINNESS Series
Tickets for the 2010 GUINNESS Series will go on sale to Supporters Club members on Tuesday, September 28 at 10am. There are a number of different packages and ticket options available to members including, for the first time, the Supporters Club Matchday Event Package for the Ireland v Samoa game.
The Supporters Club Matchday Pack includes VIP entry to the Matchday Event at the Ireland v Samoa match in the Havelock Suite, with Level 4 Match ticket, complimentary drink on arrival and a post-match appearance by members of the Ireland squad.
In order to maximize the number of members who get to purchase tickets, there is a two package limit in place for the South Africa/Samoa Pack and the New Zealand/Argentina Pack.
There are also individual match tickets available for the games against Samoa and Argentina and members can purchase up to four of these tickets.
1. How do I buy tickets?
Login to the Supporters Club on Tuesday, September 28 at 10am for the sale. Tickets will only be available online. Please make sure your Membership is in date and your contact details are correct in advance of the sale. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis.
2. I am not a member, how do I join?
You can join online right now on www.IrishRugby.ie – just click on the Supporters Club link on the homepage.
3. What is my user name/password
Call our helpdesk on 0818 717 117 or +353 1 409 8319. Please be aware that the helpdesk will be busier than usual during the ticket sale so make sure you have updated your details and checked your password beforehand.
4. Who can participate in the sale?
All Senior Members of the Supporters Club whose membership is in date. Please login now or contact our helpdesk to check your membership is up to date.
5. What tickets/ticket packages will be on sale?
South Africa/Samoa Double Pack – €;150.00 – this package contains one ticket for the game against South Africa and one ticket for the game against Samoa. Members may purchase a maximum of two packages.
New Zealand/Argentina Double Pack – €;190.00 – this package contains one ticket for the game against New Zealand and one ticket for the game against Argentina. Members may purchase a maximum of two packages.
Ireland v Samoa Supporters Club Matchday €;60.00 – this is one ticket for the match against Samoa and includes VIP entry to the Supporters Club Matchday Event, complimentary drink on arrival, access to the Havelock Suite with match ticket for Level 4 and a post match appearance by members of the Ireland Team. Members may purchase a maximum of four tickets in addition to other packages/tickets.
Ireland v Samoa Single Match – €;50.00 – this is one ticket for the match against Samoa. Members may purchase a maximum of four tickets.
Ireland v Argentina Single Match – €;95.00 – this is one ticket for the match against Argentina. Members may purchase a maximum of four tickets.
The package/ticket limits are in place to ensure that as many members as possible can avail of a chance to purchase.
Overall you may purchase either a maximum of two Packages (SA/SAM NZ/ARG) or four single match tickets (Samoa or Argentina).
The Supporters Club Matchday Package for Samoa is separate from these limits, allowing you to purchase this package on top of your existing limit, e.g. you may purchase two (2) NZ/ARG Double Packs and four (4) Supporters Club Samoa Matchday Packs.
Please note an admin fee will also apply.
6. How do I pay?
You can pay online by credit card (VISA & MASTERCARD) or by Laser. Please note that most Laser cards now have a 3 digit security code.
7. Can I buy family/schoolboy tickets?
There are no family tickets. Schoolboy/girl tickets are only ever distributed through the four branches to schools and clubs.
8. When will the tickets be posted?
Tickets will be posted out approximately three weeks before the first game. As per the terms and conditions we do NOT post to addresses outside Europe. Please contact our Ticketing Department – ticketqueries@irishrugby.ie to make alternative arrangements.

In particular your attention is drawn to the fact that it is a breach of the tems & conditions to resell tickets above face value or on an auction site. Members may have their tickets revoked and their membership cancelled if they are found to be in breach of the terms & conditions.
