Next Draw For IRFU Tag Tickets

Two lucky IRFU Tag players enjoyed an exclusive VIP day at the Ireland v France match by winning the first competition draw of the year. You can win the next great prize of a memorable VIP day out when Ireland play England at the Aviva Stadium.

Cecily Donnelly and her husband Donal were the first IRFU Tag competition draw winners of 2011 after their captain Paul Quinn entered his team, ‘Cookie Monsters’, to play the first ever IRFU Tag Spring League at Garryowen FC in Limerick.

On Sunday, before the Ireland v France game kicked off, Cecily and Donal went pitchside at the Aviva Stadium for a photo while the matchday squads warmed up nearby.

Following an extremely high tempo game in an electric atmposphere, which saw Ireland being pipped by three points, the lucky winners went to the official post-match reception. There they met such Irish rugby stars as captain Brian O’Driscoll and many more.

A small gallery of photos courtesy of Cecily has been posted on the IRFU Tag website. To view the photos, please click here.

With the deadline for the next draw of the year up on Friday, March 11, players on teams registering with IRFU Tag before then will qualify for a similarly exclusive prize of VIP day out at the Ireland v England game on March 19.
