Exiles Delighted With Ireland Clubs Contingent

Congratulations are due to the five young Exiles who played for the Ireland Under-18 Clubs team against the Germany Under-18s in Berlin last weekend.

The five players are Tom Flynn (Epsom College & Cobham), Ryan Furniss (Worcester College & Worcester Warriors), Conor Joyce (Solihull School & Leicester Tigers), George McGuigan (Gosforth Academy & Newcastle Falcons) and David Panter (St. Paul’s College & London Irish).

Joyce, who is in his third season with the Exiles, was originally selected for the England Under-16 squad but turned progress on that route down to put his ‘green option’ first.
