New for the 2012 RBS 6 Nations, RBS launches rugby’s first ever interactive in-game companion app, the RBS 6 Nations Live Challenge.
The RBS 6 Nations Live Challenge App is the first rugby app to truly put fans at the centre of the action throughout the Championship. It gives viewers their say on what will happen ahead of key moments in each game.
Players will be able to predict the result of penalties and guess where the kick will end up in conversions. Rugby fans can play against their mates (via logging in through Facebook) or against all users, competing to get their name at the top of the leaderboard.
Available on iPhone, iPad, Android and Facebook to download from Friday, February 3, the app will activate 40 minutes before each live match. Fans will be able to test their rugby knowledge with a series of pre-game questions.
You can play during just one or all the RBS 6 Nations games, starting with the first match on Saturday, with France vs Italy kicking off at 2.30pm.
There is also the choice to either play as an individual or challenge your mates, and for the patriotic there is the option to sign up as one of the Six Nations and represent your nation.
Combining knowledge-based questions with the excitement of uncertainty, this app looks set to be a huge hit in 2012 and will be the ultimate companion for all RBS 6 Nations matches.
Do not miss out on the app that will revolutionise the way fans watch rugby – go to www.rbs6nations.com/livechallenge to download the app for free from today.
