Another Exile Earns Provincial Contract
Yet another product of the Exiles system has recently won himself a provincial contract with Sean Dougall signing a one-year deal with Munster.
Sean Dougall, who has lined out for Ireland at Under-18 and Under-19 level, was with the Ulster Academy and played for the Ulster Ravens.
A shoulder injury sidelined him until this season when he returned to action with the Rotherham Titans in the English Championship.
Dougall, who also captained the Titans in a number of games, was educated at that famous rugby-playing establishment, Barnard Castle School, where he captained the first team and indeed played for the Ireland U-19s while still at school.
Sean is Irish-qualified through his father who was a Methodist College Belfast first team winger.
He joins a growing number of young Exiles who are now based with Irish provinces, following in the footsteps of the Ruddock brothers at Leinster and Conor Joyce in Ulster in recent seasons.
