The finals of the All Ireland Under-17 and Under-19 Club Championships take place at Naas RFC this coming Saturday. It promises to be a big day for the four clubs involved.
The All-Ireland Under-17 final, which kicks off at 12.30pm is a Leinster-Munster affair as Navan face Bruff.
The County Meath side beat Banbridge 15-0 in the semi-final to book their place in the decider.
While the Bruff senior side avoided relegation in the Ulster Bank League, their Under-17s reached their final with a tight 11-10 win over Westport.
The action in the All-Ireland Under-19 final gets underway in Naas at 2.30pm, and features clubs from Munster and Ulster.
The combined Shannon/St. Mary’s Under-19s enjoyed a comprehensive 20-0 victory over a game Monivea side to earn their final placing, while Malone’s U-19s reached the final with a triumph over Gorey.
Irish Rugby TV will be in Naas on the day to record the action and highlights will be shown next week on YouTube.
