Belvo Ladies Teed Up For New Recruits

The Old Belvedere Ladies team have hit on a novel approach to recruiting new players. They are hitting the streets of Dublin in special recruitment tee-shirts to round up new recruits for their Open Day in August.

If you are interested in trying rugby, keep an eye out for the recruitment team wearing Belvo t-shirts around the city. Please approach a player for more information or drop down to Old Belvedere and give training a go.

Belvo ladies have teams playing in Women’s All Ireland League Division 1 & Division 4 and are keen to see new faces at their Open Day on Thursday 9th August at 7pm in the Old Belvedere grounds on Anglesea Road.

No experience is necessary as you will be taught all the laws and how to play by their coaches.

The Open Day will include a light ‘non contact’ training session and new recruits are encouraged to hang around after the for a BBQ and to meet the team.
