Ulster Bank League: Division 2A Previews

Just two games in Division 2A this weekenn as clubs catch up on postponed games.

ULSTER BANK LEAGUE: DIVISION 2A: Saturday, January 26

Old Crescent (11th) v Galwegians (5th), Rosbrien

Both sides come into this game on the back of wins last weekend. The home side won narrowly at Highfield to move well clear of the danger zone.

Visitors ‘Wegians will be aiming for another win, having dispatched Midleton last Saturday, to keep in touch with the top four.

Even a bonus point win would see the Galway side a point behind 4th place Banbridge but still in touch.

Seapoint (10th) v Cashel (8th), Kilbogget Park

These two clubs flew the flag for junior rugby and then won promotion to the Ulster Bank League in recent seasons.

The visitors are four point ahead in the table and pulled off the win of the week last Saturday beating table toppers UCC.

Seapoint also won last weekend but could struggle to maintain that momentum at home this weekend.
