IRFU Appoints Agency To Support Performance Director Search

The Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) has begun the process of recruiting a Performance Director with the appointment of executive search firm Odgers Berndtson.

The Performance Director will lead the management of the key coaching and technical support staff involved in the professional game, including the national team coach and provincial head coaches.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can develop integrated, high performance systems that will be implemented across the representative game in Ireland, leading to the delivery of consistent and sustained excellence in performances.”

The search will be led for Odgers Berndtson by Simon Cummins and Simon Hayes.
