Following an exciting last day in Divisions 1A and 1B, we take a look at the winning teams and those both promoted and relegated in the Ulster Bank League this season. Congratulations to the four league champions – Clontarf, Terenure College, Galwegians and Nenagh Ormond.

Division 2B promotion/relegation play-off: Kanturk (runners-up in Provincial Qualifying League Round Robin Series) will play in Division 2B next season after beating Instonians (second-from-bottom in Division 2B) 17-13 in a play-off
