Ireland Squad Update
The Ireland medical team have issued an update on injuries in the squad following the GUINNESS Series win over South Africa at the Aviva Stadium.
Chris Henry –
Chris’ condition continues to be investigated following an episode on Saturday morning where he was unwell and experienced some weakness. The working diagnosis is a severe migraine.
Jared Payne –
Preliminary scans show a sprain in his foot. He will undergo further scans and a consultant review on Wednesday and will rehab with the Ireland medical team.
Rory Best –
Rory’s rehab is progressing well and he has commenced light running. He will continue to be managed by the Ireland medical team and the prognosis is positive.
