Too Big To Miss: Rugby World Cup Tickets On Sale

2015 is a massive year for rugby and this year’s tournament is already the most in-demand Rugby World Cup ever, but Ireland fans can still be part of the action with tickets for two pool phase matches currently on sale.

Ireland will kick off their campaign against Canada at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, and will no doubt be hoping to turn the Welsh capital into a sea of green for the occasion.

The two sides have only ever met once on the game’s greatest stage, back in 1987 at the inaugural Rugby World Cup co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand. Ireland ran over six tries in a 46-19 victory that day, including a double from Keith Crossan.

Ireland will then round off the second weekend of Rugby World Cup 2015 against Romania at the 90,000-capacity Wembley Stadium.

Ireland have already faced Romania on two occasions at the Rugby World Cup, recording memorable victories on both occasions (44-14 in 1999 and 45-17 in 2003), but the Eastern European outfit have gone from strength to strength in recent years and will be sure to use the phenomenal power of their pack to take the game to Ireland.

Ireland v Canada: Millennium Stadium, Saturday, September 19

Ireland v Romania: Wembley Stadium, Sunday, September 27

Go to tickets.rugbyworldcup.com to book your tickets to these matches now. Adults from £50 and children from £15.
