Wanderers (3rd) v Old Crescent (1st), Aviva Stadium
Wanderers have beaten both Tullamore and Bruff in recent weeks – both good results in the current standings.

Can they repeat the form against leaders Old Crescent?

The Limerick club were in imperious form dispatching bottom sides Sligo and Dundalk with a grand total of 106 points scored.

A home win narrows the gap but do Wanderers have the fire power?

Boyne (7th) v Tullamore (2nd), Shamrock Lodge
Boyne’s last outing was a 25 – 24 win over Kanturk that keeps them in 7th place.

Tullamore won two and lost one since the start of January including last weekend’s 16 – 13 victory over Midleton.

The midlands club will aiming to keep pace with Old Crescent and Wanderers but they’ll concentrate on the job in hand first.

Dundalk (10th) v Sligo (9th), Mill Road
Relegation battle.

Two dreaded words for any club but such is the nature of this game. Sligo are five points clear so a win would be a double whammy of sorts.

Home advantage may sway things in favour of Dundallk but expect this to be a nervy affair.

Kanturk (8th) v Navan (6th), Knocknacolon
Kanturk edged Dundalk by four points in their last game while Navan’s last result was a 14 – 6 loss to Midleton.

Navan can still make the top four with a run of decent form but they’ll need to start this weekend.

Kanturk should be clear of relegation worries but can’t afford too many slip ups.

Midleton (5th) v Bruff (4th), Towns Park
Big game time for both clubs with a top four slot at stake.

Two points separate them going into this game and that closeness is reflected in recent form as well.

Home advantage may be key.
