Like Banbridge and City of Derry in 2A and 2B, Old Crescent also lost last weekend to keep the title race open. They still top the rankings though, by three points.

Bruff (4th) v Boyne (8th), Kilballyowen Park
Bruff are six points ahead of Midleton, whom they beat last Saturday, albeit the Cork side have a game in hand. A win on Saturday would keep them comfortable for now.
Boyne, who went down to Tullamore last Saturday, are ten points clear of the danger zone, even though they have dropped to 8th.
A home win on the cards.
Navan (6th) v Dundalk (9th), Balreask Old
Navan are steady in mid table following their draw with Kanturk while Dundalk’s win over Sligo may prove crucial in the relegation battles to come.
A good bit of local rivalry at stake in North Leinster and the reverse fixture back in October saw Navan run out 40 – 21 winners.
A home win.
Old Crescent (1st) v Midleton (5th), Rosbrien
It was a cracker of a game last Saturday as Crescent and Wanderers notched up 55 points between them. It’s small consolation to the Limerick side that they still top the table despite the loss.
Tullamore and Wanderers are within touching distance of them so they need to get back to winning ways.
Midleton lost ground on the top four last Saturday, going down to Bruff.
Sligo (10th) v Wanderers (3rd), Hamilton Park
Sligo suffered a demoralising loss to Dundalk last Saturday as the Co. Louth side beat them 42 – 3.
Another reverse on Saturday could see them slip further behind.
Wanderers have opened up the title race with their win over Old Crescent. Can they capitalise this weekend?
Tullamore (2nd) v Kanturk (7th), Spollanstown
Tullamore did the job last Saturday with a win over Boyne and they will have welcomed the result from Wanderers as it puts the Offaly side just three points off the top spot.
Kanturk played out a nil all draw last Saturday with Navan – the first of the season in Division 2C.
The title race hots up this weekend.
