Former Ireland Women’s captain and Grand Slam winner Joy Neville will referee the Women’s Rugby World Cup final at Kingspan Stadium on Saturday (kick-off 7.45pm). We spoke to her on the eve of the England v New Zealand match about her rugby career and and her journey to the big day.
Speaking about her WRWC 2017 final appointment, Limerick woman Joy Neville said: “I think I need to pinch myself every now and again. It is a massive honour and I’m just really looking forward to it.”
