Aviva Mini Rugby Festivals Kick Off This Weekend

Hundreds of boys and girls will head to the Palace Grounds this weekend as City of Armagh RFC play host to the first of four provincial Aviva Mini Rugby Festivals.

The Aviva Mini Rugby Festivals have introduced thousands of children to mini rugby in recent seasons and are more popular than ever with participating clubs.

The festivals are also a chance for coaches, referees and administrators to opportunity to meet, learn new skills and share knowledge on mini rugby.

There are twenty Under-10 Boys teams and five Under-12 Girls teams taking part in what promises to be a fun-filled day at City of Armagh RFC.

Tullamore, UL Bohemians and Galway Corinthians will also host festivals in the coming weeks, and later in the season we will have the National Festival at the home of Irish Rugby, the Aviva Stadium. Here is a look back at the some of the previous festivals:
