“All-Ireland League is tough rugby,” says Dermot Dunne. The Nenagh Ormond Head Coach was speaking after his side’s 10-10 draw with Cashel in Division 2A. Nenagh are looking to put enough points on the board in the final rounds to ensure they aren’t dragged into the fight for survival in 2A. Cashel on the other hand are looking to back up their pre-season ambitions of making the top four and giving themselves a shot at promotion.
Irish Rugby TV spoke to Dermot Dunne and Nenagh Ormond Captain John Healy about the game, Tipperary derbies and what it takes to thrive in the All-Ireland League.
