St. Mary’s College captain Marcus O’Driscoll showed great acceleration to finish off a superb long-range team score against Ballymena, which has been selected as the March #AILTry of the Month.
Tries from seven different clubs were included on the March shortlist, but it was the Division 1B club’s crisp distribution and running lines from deep as four players combined to slice open the Braidmen and set up supporting centre O’Driscoll to apply the finish touches behind the posts.
The winner of the #AILTry of the Month award receives €250 and is entered into the #AILTry of the Season award.
