IRFU Seeking New Chief Executive For Munster Rugby

The IRFU is seeking to appoint a new CEO for Munster Rugby.

Their key focus is to provide leadership and direction in the management of all aspects of professional and domestic rugby in Munster.

He/She will develop and oversee the implementation of strategic plans and programmes in the areas of Professional Rugby, Domestic Rugby, Commercial and Marketing, Communications, HR, Finance and Operations that are consistent with the strategic objectives of the IRFU and Munster Rugby.

The role requires inspirational leadership skills and a proven track record in the development and motivation of results focused teams. The successful candidate will have a sense of purpose and mission, and demonstratable passion and urgency. He/She will have knowledge and understanding of Irish Rugby – both the domestic game and the professional game.
