Ireland’s fifth and final game in the 2009 RBS 6 Nations will see Declan Kidney’s side clash with Wales, the defending champions, at the Millennium Stadium.
Last time Ireland visited the Cardiff venue for a Championship game, two years ago, they eked out a 19-9 win to put themselves on the way to winning the Triple Crown later in the tournament.
A victory this weekend would see the men in green end the country’s 61-year wait for a Grand Slam, with team captain Brian O’Driscoll collecting both the Championship trophy and the Triple Crown.
