Champions Cup Semi-Final Details Are Confirmed
Leinster and the Scarlets will have the honour of kicking off the Champions Cup semi-finals weekend when they face off at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, April 21, while the following afternoon will see Munster take on familiar rivals Racing 92 at Bordeaux’s Stade Chaban-Delmas.
EPCR, the tournament organisers, have confirmed the dates, venues, kick-off times and TV coverage details for the semi-finals of European club rugby’s top tier tournament.
Leinster finished as top seeds from the pool stages and, after defeating Saracens 30-19 at the Aviva Stadium on Easter Sunday, claimed home country advantage for their semi-final showdown with the reigning GUINNESS PRO14 champions, the Scarlets.
Leinster Rugby Season Ticket holders will have access to an exclusive pre-sale for the European semi-final, starting this Thursday (April 5), with further details on semi-final tickets, including the pre-sale link, to be provided soon. Supporters should be aware that semi-finals are EPCR events and that the allocation of tickets to Leinster Rugby will be controlled by EPCR.
Meanwhile, Munster Rugby have said that they will receive an allocation of tickets for their semi-final against Racing 92, with details to be communicated once finalised and information posted shortly. Johann van Graan’s men set up a record 13th European semi-final appearance for the province thanks to their dramatic late 20-19 win over Toulon on Saturday.
