Nominees Announced For Ulster Rugby Awards
Ulster Rugby’s annual Awards Night, in conjunction with Heineken, will be held at the Culloden Hotel this Thursday and the nominations for most of the awards have been announced.
One of the most anticipated dates in the Ulster Rugby calendar, the Heineken Ulster Rugby Awards Dinner will celebrate the achievements and development of rugby at all levels.
The event brings together the cream of the crop in Ulster. From schools, youth, club and professional levels, the awards recognise the role that they all play for the development of the game in the province.
The top award for Heineken Ulster Rugby Personality of the Year is awarded to the player, coach, official or administrator who, through their performance during the season, has done the most to raise the profile of Ulster Rugby.
Last year Johann Muller collected the coveted prize for his excellent work both on and off the field. This year’s winner will remain a closely guarded secret until it is revealed towards the end of the evening.
There are still a number of tickets/tables of ten available for the event. To book please contact Anita Bayne via email on anita@ulsterrugby.com or phone 02890493222 (ext 237).
