Nenagh Ormond (1st) v Richmond (13th), New Ormond Park, Friday Night Lights, 7.30pm

Unbeaten in the league and three points clear at the top of the division the Tipperary side will be aiming to finish 2013 on a high in this Friday Night Lights clash.

They edged Skerries in a tight game last weekend while Richmond have a solid win over DLSP.

You have to go with the home side for this one under lights.

Midleton (7th) v Sunday’s Well (15th), Towns Park, Friday Night Lights, 7.45pm

Last weekend’s loss to Sligo saw Midleton slip to 7th so Friday night is a great chance to end the year on a high.

The Well drew with Tullamore last time out but are still in the bottom two as they face into the Christmas Break.

A home win.

Ards (8th) v Tullamore (11th), Hamilton Park

Ards are mid table after a big loss to Inst. last weekend. They are now won 3/lost 3 so Saturday is a chance to put a positive edge on things.

Tullamore drew at home to Sunday’s Well last weekend, a result which saw them slip to 11th.

An important game for both sides as they hope to finish 2013 on a high.

Armagh (5th) v Sligo (9th), Palace Grounds

Armagh lost on the road to Navan last time out and dropped out of the top four as a result. But only just.

Sligo’s home win over Midleton pushed them into mid table which goes from Navn on 15 points in 6th place to DLSP on 11 points in 14th.

A win at home and results elsewhere could see Armagh move right back in to contention.

DLSP (14th) v Suttonians (16th), Kirwan Park

Salmo are edging clear of the relegation zone, despite last weekend’s loss, and they will want to keep that up with a home win on Saturday.

Suttonians are bottom of the table and struggling without a win at the moment.

They would dearly like to take the win before Christmas but the odds favour the home side.

Greystones (2nd) v Skerries (4th), Dr. Hickey Park

A big game in the Division that will have an impact on standings as we head in to the festive break.

‘Stones won away from home last weekend and will be well supported at home this weekend.

Skerries were edged by a point last week by Nenagh Ormond.

This could be a cracking Wicklow/Dublin clash.

Thomond (3rd) v Instonians (12th), Liam Fitzgerald Park

Thomond are motoring along nicely in 3rd place with four wins under their belt. The clash in Dr. Hickey Park between ‘Stones and Skerries offers them a chance to push on again if they take the win.

Visitors Istonians were impressive winners over Ards last weekend. Can they keep up that momentum to lift them further up the table.

Home advantage could tell.

Boyne (10th) v Navan (6th), Shamrock Lodge

Boyne’s loss to Thomond last weekend sees them drop to 10th so a win at home would be timely.

This Drogheda v Navan battle is always a big game and Navan will travel with confidence after their win over Armagh.

A cracking game on the cards in Shamrock Lodge and it should be well supported.
