With a total of nine clubs represented from each province the Ireland team for the forthcoming AIB Club International against Scotland features some of the best club players in the country. The unique match will be broadcast live on RTE TWO on Friday night. The Connacht contingent – Buccaneers duo David Quinlan, the Ireland Club team captain, and Conor Hartigan.
The Ulster trio of Simon Shaw (Ballymena), Glen Telford (Dungannon) and Gareth Steenson (Dungannon), who have each been named in the Ireland Club team.
Donnacha Ryan (Shannon) and Peter Malone (Garryowen) – the two Limerick rivals will be cheered on by their clubs when they represent Ireland in the AIB Club International on Friday night.
