Ulster name squad for Borders warm up

In preparation for opening their defense of the Magners League, the Ulster squad have been in camp in St. Andrew’s sports facility in Scotland this week. The culmination of the camp is a trail game against Scottish side Border Reivers this afternoon.
Ulster coach Mark McCall yesterday named his squad for the trial game.
The Border Reivers are expected to include a number of their new signings including Gavin Kerr, Stuart Grimes and Craig Hamilton in a game that is likely to be played over four quarters of 20 minutes.
Border Reivers’ head coach Steve Bates said: “It will be our first outing with our new players and we’ll be looking forward to getting the first bumps and bruises of contact out of the way.”
