Duplicate Ticket Policy
Lost stolen or destroyed tickets for Ireland’s home International games at Aviva Stadium will be reissued at the sole discretion of the IRFU Ticket Office Manager up to no later than 2.5 hours prior to kick off (but not thereafter) subject to the production of all the relevant documentation referred to below. Please note a €5 admin charge per ticket for the re-issue of a ticket applies.
IRFU DUPLICATE TICKET POLICY
If tickets were purchased via a rugby club in Ireland the person who purchased the tickets should contact the IRFU ticket office by email at Tickets@irishrugby.ie detailing what happened to the original tickets and attaching confirmation in writing from the club ticket secretary of the block, row & seat of the tickets allocated to the member for that game.
If tickets were purchased via the Visiting Union the person who purchased the tickets should contact the IRFU ticket office by email at Tickets@irishrugby.ie detailing what happened to the original tickets, along with confirmation in writing from the individual Union confirming the club to which those tickets were allocated and an email from the club ticket secretary confirming the block, row & seat of the tickets allocated to the member for that game.
Patrons Club members should email Tickets@irishrugby.ie with their Patron Code or name/address details and confirmation of what happened to the original tickets.
In the case of stolen tickets, a copy of the Garda report should be sent to Tickets@irishrugby.ie along with the relevant documentation detailed above.

Please ensure you have the card used to make the booking and your order number to hand when calling.
