Katie Heffernan

Heffernan began playing rugby in her local club, Mullingar RFC, before being identified at a Sevens blitz. She was then selected for the Ireland U18s side and joined the Ireland Women’s Sevens programme. Heffernan made a try-scoring debut at the Langford 7s in 2017.
