Spirit Of Rugby Charter

The Spirit Of Rugby is an IRFU initiative which includes  practical educational programmes that embody and promote the core values of the game – Respect, Inclusivity, Integrity, Fun and Excellence.

Spirit of Rugby aims to support players, coaches, volunteers and parents and its primary purpose is to educate those within the game about their rights and responsibilities on and off the field.

The programme offers a range of online and in-person training for volunteers in clubs, some of which is done remotely and others in conjunction with the Spirit of Rugby Officers, see contacts below.
