Billy is a long-term member of UCD RFC where he has been a player, coach, selector, Chairman and President. Billy joined the Leinster Branch Executive Committee in 2011 and Chaired the Leinster Commercial & Marketing Standing Committee for 10 years.
He has been on the Leinster Management Committee during that period and was President of the Branch in season 2023/24.
Billy is Executive Chair of leading public relations consultancy, Drury Communications.
