Neville Hails Team Effort

She may have marked her 50th cap with two tries, but Joy Neville shunned the personal plaudits in the aftermath of Ireland’s pool win over the USA at the Women’s Rugby World Cup. The number 8 said: “I’m so happy with the performance the team put in. It wasn’t about my 50th cap. it was about putting the effort in today. Today was going to be the hardest game of the tournament, so we’re just happy to say we came through.”
